The first Oklahoma Station BBQ restaurant was opened in 1995 on NW 50th and Meridian in Oklahoma City and very quickly developed into a restaurant with a widespread, very loyal following of people who recognized first class, quality BBQ meat when they tasted it. Hot & mild barbecue sauce is homemade; but, not necessary with our hot, juicy melt in your mouth ribs, brisket, smoked turkey, ham, prk, hot links, polish sausage, checken and bologna.

Oklahoma Station BBQ offers a mixture of cafeteria and buffet style service for consumers. A major component of the success of Oklahoma Station BBQ is the inclusion of its “home grown” Hot and Mild BBQ sauces made with a secret recipe developed over the years to superbly complement the BBQ meats served at the restaurant. These sauces enhance the desirability, flavor and melt-in-the-mouth attractions of the meat served and are available for customers to purchase on site at the Oklahoma Station BBQ restaurants.Oklahoma Station BBQ is the perfect place for you to catch up with friends at lunch time, have a business lunch, dinner or celebration or just to check in for a quick meal before moving on.

For hours, plumes of hickory-wood smoke crawl over whole cuts of beef brisket. When chefs haul the slabs from the smoker, each presents a study in contrast—caramelized, slightly crisped outsides surrounding soft, fall-apart meaty centers. Oklahoma Station BBQ’s house-specialty brisket crowns its selection of nine meats, which come glazed in signature hot or mild sauce. Both recipes blend ingredients such as brown sugar, roasted garlic, and apple-cider vinegar, and both remain closely guarded.    sampling of requisite side dishes and desserts, from grilled corn on the cob to banana pudding
Fantastic hole in the wall with FRESH cooked meat. The sides are the serve-yourself variety and I like that. Hot fried okra, great homemade potato slices/chips like but soft. Banana pudding is always good and they have two kinds of coleslaw. I like the vinegar based one better than the creamy sweet one. Banquet rooms available for private events. We offer catering; and don't forget our train memoirabillia.
